MISSION STATMENT
Fort Wayne Makerspace mission is to provide a shared space for collaborative technical and artistic experimentation in the Fort Wayne area. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes. Our goal is to create an open workspace where engineers, artists and educators can meet and collaborate. Fort Wayne Makerspace is where we begin making amazing things.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
Fort Wayne Makerspace, Not for Profit Company is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (or the corresponding section of any future United States Internal Revenue law). Its mission includes, but is not limited to:

Providing workspace, equipment and other resources for communal use by all members.

Creating a safe and open environment for experimentation in technology and art.

Encouraging continued learning through workshops, classes, seminars and mentoring.
